If you would like to use our wellness area longer than 10:30 a.m. on the day of departure, you can enjoy the wellness area for an extra charge of € 25.00 per person. Changing rooms are available for this purpose in the basement. More information is available at the reception.
If you wish to have your laundry cleaned, please pack it in the designated laundry bag that you will find in your wardrobe together with the order form. Hang the laundry bag on the outside of your room door until 9:00 a.m. The cleaning usually takes 24 hours.

In most of the rooms, you will find a main electricity switch next to your room door, which operates every light at the same time. Please help us to save energy.
Massages take place at our wellness area at the ground floor and can be cancelled free of charge 24 hours prior to the appointment. More information can be found at our front desk or information map.
Stay informed. Print editions of the current newspapers are at the lobby area. We are happy to pre order your desired daily newspaper for a small fee.
All our guest rooms are non-smoking.
For unauthorized smoking in the room we charge you the resulting cleaning costs, which are at least
€ 300.00. Please note that smoking in the hotel may trigger a fire alarm.

To avoid long waiting periods, you can pay the invoice the night before until 09:30 p.m. or on the day of departure, starting from 07:30 a.m. You can pay by cash, with Debit card, Master Card and Visa.
Stays with pets are allowed in selected rooms. The cost is € 25,00 per pet & day without food. In your room you will find a cosy blanket, bowls and dog waste bags. In the entrance area we provide water stations and towels. If your dog should be alone in the room, we kindly ask you to hang out the designated sign on the outside of the room door.
Stamps for greetings home are available at the front desk.
As our guest you have 1 free parking spot at our hotel. For a spot in our underground carpark, the fee is € 15,00 per day. We do have four electric charging station. For an electric chargin we charge 0,56 per kWh.
We are very thankful for every notification of any defects or damages in your room and the hotel. Please use the repair door sign or inform us at the front desk.
Should it ever occur that you have to change your room for example due to an extension, we kindly ask you to pack your luggage. Please plan your day as usual. As soon as your new room becomes available, we will arrange the room change for you and your new key will be waiting at the front desk.
You can find the manual instruction for the room safe in your wardrobe.
Money and jewellery should be stored in the room safe or in the hotel safe at the front desk. We take no responsibility for valuable objects, which are not stored in the safe.
Sauna -& swim towels are provided in the wellness area. We kindly ask you not to take the towels from your room.
At the valley station of the ski resorts Rosshütte and Gschwandtkopf Seefeld are free parking spots available. But if you do not want to drive your own car then we recommend the official ski bus. All ski buses run daily to the ski areas and cross-country trails. The ski bus can be used for FREE with the guest card, even by non-skiers.

All our rooms are non-smoking rooms. Smoking is allowed on the balcony as well as on our terrace and hotel entrances. For unauthorized smoking in the room we charge the resulting cleaning costs, which are at least € 300.00.
With your room card you can enter our ski room at the basement, where ski’s, poles & snowboards can be stored and heaters for ski boots are provided. This room is under video surveillance.
